Desktop Support Technicians - IT Specialists
Full-time - Myrtle Beach, SC

We are seeking a full-time IT Specialist to work in the Myrtle Beach area.

Work hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Must have dependable transportation and valid driver's license, as traveling to client's place of business may be necessary.

The successful applicants will interface with clients to resolve computer issues, taking direction from a Team Leader and relevant management.

Successful applicants will work with all major brands of computers, network equipment, laptops and printers. They will set up email, internet access and install and configure commercially available and client specific applications.

Strong customer service skills and a minimum of 2 years verifiable, current and relevant PC Support experience in a business environment is required. Must be able to lift 50lbs.

We offer paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave. We also contribute to health insurance costs.

Senior Network / LAN Administrator
Full-time - Myrtle Beach, SC

We are seeking a full time Senior Network Administrator in Myrtle Beach, SC to install, configure and maintain the organizations LAN server and LAN connectivity hubs, switches and routers at multiple locations. This position is for full time employment at a client location.

This person will act as the primary interface with vendors to provide internal analysis and support, and manage the performance of multiple hardware and software platform interfaces at a complex level.

Bachelors degree and 3+ years of experience in LAN Administration, networking and server support. Must have experience in some or all of the following technologies:

Red Hat Linux (using Power SMB LDAP Security), Linux Send Mail, UNIX, Microsoft NT, Microsoft Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2003 Server, Novell Netware, Cisco Systems/Router configuration, firewall configurations and installations.

Project Management skills required.

Due to the nature of our work, a drug test and background check is required. Skills testing will also be performed.
